Cylindrical, dark green gherkins with white spines are perfect for pickling and fresh eating.

A mild, tangy taste. While typically bright yellow, they change to green, red, or orange as they ripen. Its flavor is not very hot (0–500 Scoville units) 

Cobra has the interior ripening gene, missing from European types. This provides better consumer acceptance and field ripened taste. 8 oz/227 g, large Beefsteak type fruit. 

Consumed raw, it presents an intense, medium-hot profile that endures, much like the heat of a hot pepper. When cooked, the garlic mellows, leaving a rich, complex flavor with a subtly sweet aftertaste.
